Well, just a few notes for myself: (Hey you. Yeah, you! Read these later!)

What is the best piece of advice you have for a publisher brand new to AdSense? What would you have done differently when you started with AdSense, knowing what you do now.
I would have run four ads per page, taken off the borders, and made the links the same color as the links on the blog. I would have also made channels for each position and blog so I could track things better.
Decent blog too, actually!
And here is another good blog about adsense!

here’s a few more resources:
- SP - Coding Standards
Good article on Coding Standards - basically, how to write code that is easy to add to, maintain, and debug. Always good!
- PHP Code Beautifier
Reformats PHP code based on your preferences, to make things easier to read etc.
- Security Guide for PHP
Excellent guide to security. Includes code snippets, examples, and cases. Easy to read, and some excellent tips. Useful as a reference guide.

Here are a few Javascript resources for you!
- Unobtrusive Javascript
Unobtrusive Javascript - basically, you don’t put javascript in your html code. Instead, you use an external .js file, and use event-handlers to trigger the code where neccessary. Good one to take on-board!
- Preview Your Links
Use unobtrusive javascript to put an icon beside your links. Show PDF, Word, HTMl, Text, etc etc. Good add to usability of a site, not to mention a warning in linking to PDF etc files.
- Good mouse-over alternatives
Move your mouse over a feature link on this page. See what happens? I like it! View source to see how its done.
And for my own personal reference, I also have the sitepoint book DHTML Utopia - which has some excellent JS resources.

So, around the time I started working at Tailored, we launched this skin-care website for eczema and psoriasis.
Since this new site was launched, its been terrible. We’ve had hardly any sales, etc etc. Not a good result. I want to improve on this. So here’s an open-call for feedback and comments. have a look at the site, just the landing page, and tell me the top 3 things that you don’t like about it.
Then actually use the site for a bit (try and look at a few articles, then try and buy some skin cream or shampoo), and comment here to tell me about your experience. C’mon, I’d do the same for you! This is a great chance to show me how crappy my design skills are!

Here’s an interesting one.
Ever needed to spell something over the phone? Had a lot of trouble making a clear difference between M and N? Use the Phonetic Alphabet Table! Available in NATO style, and standard words.
Cos you never know when something like this will come in handy!

Picture this: In a two-story house, I am upstairs cooking a pizza in the oven. When the pizza is ready, I run to the fridge downstairs to grab a drink. Half way down the stairs, the smoke alarm suddenly starts going off. So I try to turn, to go back upstairs to turn it off, but the cheap slippers I’m wearing live up to their name and slip. I go down, and dislocate my right shoulder.
